Anthony F. Belotta is a New Jersey attorney with more than 25 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation. Throughout his career, Anthony has represented individuals in private practice, handled personal injury litigation from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives, managed his own law firm, and served in senior claims and in-house counsel roles within the insurance industry.
Having worked on both sides of the claims process, Anthony brings a unique perspective to representing injured clients. His experience provides him with firsthand knowledge of how insurance companies investigate, evaluate, defend, and negotiate personal injury claims. He draws on that experience to anticipate issues and defense strategies and to advocate effectively for his clients.
Anthony earned his J.D from Pace University School of Law and his B.A. in psychology, cum laude, from Seton Hall University. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
