Nicholas J. Waltman

Nicholas J. Waltman joined Fredson Statmore Bitterman in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas worked for a full service law firm in Essex County and specialized in all areas of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. He has litigated cases throughout the entire State of New Jersey, and has vast experience with all types of personal injury claims. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey.

He received his undergraduate degree from Monmouth University and attended law school at Seton Hall University School of Law. During his time in law school, Nicholas was a judicial intern for the Honorable Christopher Rafano and also was an intern for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He was a Student Mentor and he authored Internet, Sports, and Gambling New Jersey’s Bermuda Triangle. He was awarded “best oral argument” in Appellate Advocacy.
