
Alphonse L. Petracco
Alphonse L. Petracco is an associate attorney with the firm. Mr. Petracco graduated from Montclair State University with a B.A. in Economics prior to receiving his law degree from Pace University’s School of Law. During his time in law school, Alphonse also attended the University of Madrid: Rey Juan Carlos School of Law where he obtained Certificates of Specialization in multiple areas of International Law.
After graduating from Pace University’s School of Law, Alphonse joined a mid-sized plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where he immediately directed his focus on personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall matters, medical malpractice actions, and various other matters. While there, Alphonse assisted the firm in securing one of the largest settlements in New Jersey history due to the negligence of state operated nursing homes following the COVID-19 outbreak.
Alphonse believes it is an honor and a privilege to fight for those who are going through the most difficult moments of their lives. He prides himself on giving each and every client the attention and respect they deserve and handles all types of personal injury claims at Fredson Statmore Bitterman.
