Alexandra Loprete
Alexandra Loprete is a skilled trial attorney focused on personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect cases. Ms. Loprete joined Fredson Statmore Bitterman after gaining almost a decade of experience at another well-respected medical malpractice and personal injury firm. She is a zealous advocate for her clients and consistently obtains high-value results. She has valuable experience pursuing claims against doctors, hospitals, nurses, and nursing homes and has acted as a pivotal part of many medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases that have resulted in multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts, including a $5.1 million jury verdict in Somerset County and a $17.15 million settlement in Essex County.
Ms. Loprete proudly serves in leadership positions for the New Jersey Women’s Lawyers Association (NJWLA) and New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). These organizations promote and support the success and leadership of emerging and diverse attorneys across the state. Ms. Loprete shares these values and is honored to serve the legal community through her leadership roles.
After graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law, Ms. Loprete clerked in the Hudson County Civil Division for the Hon. Patrick J. Arre, J.S.C. While in law school, Ms. Loprete was a recipient of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ) Scholarship, wrote on the Legislative Journal, and was an accomplished member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board where she was awarded for her excellence in oral advocacy.
She continues to serve the legal community by teaching current Seton Hall Law students oral argument skills. Ms. Loprete is also an accomplished equestrian. She graduated from Auburn University after attending on a full athletic scholarship for her participation 0n the Women’s Equestrian Team, and after earning two National titles and two SEC titles.
Every year since 2021, Alexandra has been elected to the New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Stars* list, a listing of the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in New Jersey who are 40 or younger or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
