Albert completed his undergraduate degree at Seton Hall University, where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. Thereafter, he obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University, School of Law. After graduating from law school, Albert completed two judicial clerkships for the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden.
