Neil R. Marion

Neil R. Marion graduated from James Madison University in 2012 with a B.S. in Psychology and received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 2015.  While at Rutgers, Neil served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Estela De La Cruz, J.S.C., and the Honorable John A. Conte, J.S.C.; Superior Court Judges presiding in Bergen County, New Jersey.  

Prior to joining Fredson Statmore Bitterman, Neil worked for a full-service law firm in Bergen County specializing in all areas of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. While there, Neil was responsible for handling personal injury claims from inception through trial or settlement. Neil has litigated cases throughout the State of New Jersey, and has vast experience with all types of personal injury claims as well as criminal and municipal court matters. He joined Fredson Statmore Bitterman as an associate in 2020 and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
