Michael Rudolph

Michael Rudolph joined Fredson&Statmore, LLC following a Superior Court Clerkship with the Honorable Thomas Brogan, Presiding Judge of Passaic County. He received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and graduated summa cum laude. He attended law school at American University Washington College of Law where he was a senior staffer on the Journal of Gender and Social Policy, and graduated cum laude. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2017. Michael is a member of the Justice Robert L. Clifford Inn of Court.

During his clerkship, Michael was responsible for conducting legal research, reviewing motions, drafting memoranda, and recommending dispositions on proceedings. He also served as a mediator in the Special Civil Part and assisted with Law Division settlement conferences and oral arguments.

Since joining Fredson&Statmore, LLC as an associate, Michael has litigated personal injury claims including automobile accidents and fall downs.
