Lori B. Shlionsky

Lori B. Shlionsky joined Fredson Statmore Bitterman in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Lori was an Associate at a Morris County law firm focused primarily on litigation. Lori has successfully litigated a multitude of cases from inception through trial. Lori’s compassion for injured clients and tenacious litigation style aid her in achieving meaningful results for her clients.

Prior to entering private practice, Lori served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Bruce A. Jones, J.S.C. In this capacity, she gained an unparalleled perspective analyzing cases from behind the bench. Lori was responsible for the management of Judge Jones’ motion calendar, researching various legal topics, and recommending disposition of pending motions.  Additionally, she was certified as a civil mediator and assisted parties in the settlement of special civil and small claims disputes. As a mediator, Lori successfully facilitated settlement in the majority of the cases in which she assisted.

Lori received her law degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. During law school, Lori contributed as an Editor with the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, and served as Secretary of Phi Alpha Delta Professional Legal Fraternity. Lori has been recognized for her commitment to volunteer work by the Eric Neisser Public Interest program for her assistance with a number of pro bono ventures including the Morris Stern Bankruptcy Project and the Rutgers Civil Justice Clinic. Lori received her undergraduate degree from the Honors Program at Dominican College where she graduated cum laude and was President of the Beta Beta Beta National Honors Society.
